LaWanda and Trinity were great help this week as I chased a package without a tracking number. I have worked with many FedEx locations as they are my company preferred provider and these ladies were awesome. Great team members!

It’s impossible to reach a live person. Companies large and small will soon realize that these automated services, even those powered by AI, are going to create more friction in the user experience and push customers further and further from brand loyalty.

I had a letter that just had to be sent overnight, guaranteed. I tried the USPS first and they wanted nearly $40 to send a standard envelope, but they said the overnight service could take up to 3 days to get there. So, I traveled to FedEx. They were nearly the same cost but guaranteed to have the envelope delivered before noon the next day. The gentleman who assisted me was great and explained everything throughly. FedEx is the way to go!

Hope your package never has to go thru here. 2 weeks in a row we have had horse semen shipped ....and it sat here in this facility for days when it was suppose to be delivered overnight. I am now put of $1250 because of these idiots. Why do pay for overnight shipping? Things are shipped over night for a reason!!! It won't be alive and no good tp my breedi.g program if I ever receive it. This place should be shut down...absolute total fraud.

FEDEX SUCKS when yall order something br sure it's being shipped by anyone other than FedEx. My package has been sitting at the Louisville TN hub since 7/17/24 at 2am supposed to be delivered by 7/17/24 8pm it's still sitting there I'm in Maryville TN 10 minutes away I called customer service to ask why it's not moving and she said it's at the hub it will be delivered couldn't tell me anything that I didn't already know worse shipping company ever

My husbands package was delivered to the neighbors house last Saturday our mailbox and house are clearly marked. The neighbors house is likewise clearly marked.

Whoever has the Island Home area route: Brother, you suck so much. I've seen you driving around with your back door open, packages tumbling down the hill of my apartment. I've had packages delivered to the wrong address, and I've gotten other people's packages 3 times now. Usually not a big deal, but the one today is 50+lbs and I'm not carrying that thing up the hill to try and find who it belongs to. This is not the best complex. I can almost guarantee it'll be stolen overnight. The 800 number provided couldn't even reach this location. Y'all are the absolute worst. No idea how FedEx continues as a business with how horrible you are universally. I've never met anyone who has anything good to say about FedEx. Maybe this is why your drivers are paid less than both UPS and the Postal Service.
