This office needs humans and management replaced, all they hire is incompetent employees that don't understand ENGLISH nor know how to read a map!!! They steal/lose packages, refuse to take phone calls, lie about the way they handle everything, etc.. They speed and will run you over. I can't give negative stars or it would be full of them.

I absolutely loath being shipped packages from merchants via FedEx. I live just outside of Louisville, TN, and for DECADES I have suffered the "delivery attempt made" mantra when in fact, no delivery attempt was made. The drivers simply don't wish to negotiate my steep driveway, and they lie and claim they made an attempt to deliver.. In other words, the person delivering the route the next day gets the task dropped in their lap, and the driver that SHOULD have delivered my package on the day I paid to receive it just rolls on home..I can understand that drivers are stressed and tired, but this repeated modes-operandi is NOT professional.Just to be clear -- if one is in the front yard doing some landscaping waiting for the delivery and watching the tracking of the package on their device, and the "delivery attempt made" notice pops up, it is a LIE. Unprofessional behavior of this nature is one of the causes for the downwared spiral of America. I expect to see "Bud Lite" adverts on the sides of FedEx trucks just ANY DAY!

Sort of hard to find this place, especially at night. Drive through fence entrance and go straight (do not turn right initially). Continue straight and parking area is to right. You will enter ship center through automatic doors.

We live at 1013 White Oak Avenue; Maryville, TN. About 12:45pm on Sunday, September 25, 2022, a FedEx truck backed into one of the iron, gas streetlamps on the driveway that we share with the house at 1001 White Oak Avenue. Our neighbor heard the crash, and tried to stop the Fed Ex truck from driving away. He was not successful. My neighbor called me from the front yard and I joined him there to see the damage that you can see in photos that I have taken and uploaded to the FedEx claims site. The van sheared the iron pole at the ground and destroyed the glass and copper gas lantern. The only package that I was expecting to arrive that day was a package from Chewy.com with medicine and treats for our cat. I had received notification from Chewy that the package was arriving on September 25th, with a link to a FedEx site that showed that the package was to be delivered on that same day. Once the FedEx driver recognized the damage that he had done, he drove away without making the delivery, even as our neighbor called after him. I called Chewy and Chewy filed a claim for me with FedEx. I followed up with photos, a lengthy description of events, and an estimate from Patio and Hearth. The FedEx claims department has not confirmed liability for the damage, even though they have spoken with our eyewitness. The department reports that the delivery department claims that the Chewy package never left the warehouse (then why did the van drive 70 feet off the public street on our shared driveway?) and that the department was not using FedEx vans on that day, only rental vans (the eyewitness is a 60ish-year-old dentist of sound mind and eyesight who grew up here in Maryville). FedEx should be ashamed of itself: (1) a hit-and run; and (2) failing to claim responsibility and liability for the damage. I have had a FedEx account associated with my business since 2001. I am cancelling the account and will not knowingly use FedEx again to either send or accept deliveries of any kind.

My next day delivery shipment arrived in IN last Thursday from TX. I was expecting the work laptop to arrive by Friday in Monticello, KY. Today is my first work and I don't have the equipment yet. But, it shows the package is in Louisville, TN and no other updates are provided in the tracking information, so no idea of a delivery date. Seriously, what does it take to really complete the service my employer paid for?

I don't recall her name, but the lady that was working was so friendly and helpful. You just don't see much of that anymore

I love FedEx. I prefer FedEx over usps and ups, but I will NEVER use the shipping center at the TYS airport ever again. There is a woman who works there and she has been incredibly rude to me the last 3 times I've been in there. She seems bothered every time I go in. I have never experienced such terrible service from anyone else at any FedEx location... including in Memphis!!! (And that says a lot) Today I walked out without shipping my box because of her attitude. If the post office had been open I would've went straight there instead. She is not friendly or helpful at all. I will not use that location again.
