“truly great experience just when the first time calling on the phone and talking to Ms Lori. I had to call and reschedule. I know at least 2 to 3 different times and even when I showed up, they still were willing to help and they helped. HELPED , they also shared that they couldn’t let me leave if I didn’t take care of a part on the car you know by law and that meant a lot to me that they thought enough about not only the company the standard and me myself OK so I very much appreciate that. Rob and the crew treat you like friends not customers. I highly recommend any mowing equipment needs that you take it to Rob and Waters Equipment”

“Great Product. Yes it is more expensive than the other options. But I will tell you from a shop/CarQuest auto parts store thats been in business over 40 years the warranty is second to none. When Carquest sold ATK we installed around 38 engines in one year, then we got a bad one . It took 8 months to get paid. I have installed customer purchased transmission that failed on the test drive, the companies will tell you since it was not purchased through the garage no warranty and the customer is out of pocket on the labor ( seen this 3 times). With Jasper I make one phone call and its handled, we get paid almost immediately and no bull shit back and forth. The customer is took care of first. So if your looking at a Jasper and the vehicle is worth the repair dont hesitate its the best insurance you could ever buy.”

“I had taken my 2004 Jaguar to two different transmission places Aamco and Car Fix and they were both a rip-offs then I heard about budget Transmissions they did a great job with the extra mile fix the part that couldn't be ordered because of the age of the car it now runs perfectly smooth shifting took it to Memphis had no problems I recommend this place highly”

The employees were so friendly and the lobby was so clean and I really enjoyed waiting while they serviced my vehicle. What a great place. If you need any auto maintenance please give them a call.
