“Great place to take your car. Honest, Reliable and will get the job done right. I had taken my car somewhere else for another issue and was told that my brakes and rotors needed to be replaced on my car that had only 34,000 miles on it. Then was told it was going to cost me over $800 dollars. I knew they were bs'ing me so my friend Phyllis referred me here. Cam who looked at my car told me there was nothing wrong with your rotors but the pads were pretty worn down. I wasn't surprised there. I had done a lot of stop and go on this car. He replaced the pads and had me on my way in no time and I did not spend even close to $800. I will definitely be back for all my maintenance care and any future issues I might have. “Great Product. Yes it is more expensive than the other options. But I will tell you from a shop/CarQuest auto parts store thats been in business over 40 years the warranty is second to none. When Carquest sold ATK we installed around 38 engines in one year, then we got a bad one . It took 8 months to get paid. I have installed customer purchased transmission that failed on the test drive, the companies will tell you since it was not purchased through the garage no warranty and the customer is out of pocket on the labor ( seen this 3 times). With Jasper I make one phone call and its handled, we get paid almost immediately and no bull shit back and forth. The customer is took care of first. So if your looking at a Jasper and the vehicle is worth the repair dont hesitate its the best insurance you could ever buy.”

They charged 1/2 of what Beaty Chevrolet (dealership) wanted, they did it in a fraction of the time and truly understand customer service. When I got there to pick my car up today she sat down with me and went over the three year warranty on my transmission and what all it entailed. I can't say enough great things about them. “My SUV barely rolled in and died due to a transmission failure in front of their shop. I took a chance on replacing the part and doing service with them and have nothing but praises to say. Owner, Patrick, as well as rest of staff communicated very well throughout the process- in fact better than salvage company and even found a better deal on the part. The process took longer than expected solely due to salvage company delays. Service Street was on their game every time I called for updates and helped expedite the process faster than other locations might have. I will be back as I appreciated the staffs ability to communicate service without hesitation or attempt to upsell or find additional problems.”
