“truly great experience just when the first time calling on the phone and talking to Ms Lori. I had to call and reschedule. I know at least 2 to 3 different times and even when I showed up, they still were willing to help and they helped. HELPED , they also shared that they couldn’t let me leave if I didn’t take care of a part on the car you know by law and that meant a lot to me that they thought enough about not only the company the standard and me myself OK so I very much appreciate that. I also got to talk to cam, I think were his name.. about dirt tracks that were really cool being that I live basically behind Brickmill Smoky Mountain so that were cool. I say you know trust this place with your mother, your daughter your sister any woman can go in there by herself and will not be used and abused. I’m going back in a couple weeks to get some more work done on the car. I’m thankful that I called because I travel Morganton often and I saw it one day so thank you. To ALL even the ones in the shop I didn’t see!! You matter too!!! Thanks”
