“Back in February 2023, I brought my VERY ill 10 year old cat that was throwing up constantly in to this vet. While I was uncomfortable with not being able to go inside the office with my sick cat (curbside only care), the vet went out of her way to keep me abreast of what was going on. She was concerned about the cat's sallow fur and her limp little body. I explained that she had been throwing up for 10 days straight. I also told her that my budget was limited. She said she could not give me a definitive diagnosis without labs, which I did not have the money for. The vet did tell me that she could treat her without labs, and did so with only an X-ray. She gave me a prednisone treatment for the cat to reduce the inflammation in her intestinal tract, and made a strong recommendation that I change her food to Science Diet Sensitive Skin and Stomach. I did so and am pleased to report that my cat is back to her old self, playing and eating like crazy- no throwing up !!!!! If there was a 10 rating I would have given this vet a 10 ! Highly recommend Countryside Veterinary Service and this vet, who I think is Monica.”

“I have been coming to countryside since 2019. Monica has seen all of our dogs so I can't really speak on the other vets. She is amazing. The techs are amazing. The office staff is always so nice. Monica saved my yoshi bear. She has been there for me and my family for all of our dogs and their needs. Monica has helped 5 of our seniors cross the rainbow bridge over the years and i cannot praise enough the care and compassion her and her team show towards us and our furbabies. I see there are some unhappy reviews and I would expect that because there is no perfect business out there. I refuse to take my animals anywhere else. The vets do their best to make our animals feel comfortable and safe. I know since covid they changed up in not letting us owners come back with our pets. I feel they are looking out for the best interest of our pets. Sure I would love to go in with them, but if it helps the vets and techs to do what they need to do without the strain of us being in the way, then so be it. Not everyone will have a perfect experience but we should extend grace as everyone that works there may be going through something that we don't know about just as in any work place. This place is amazing. Establish that relationship with them. They are worth it.”
