“I bought a 2003 Lexus and a 2003 Nissan exterra. Both were great cars. They told me upfront that the interest was high but I had a great job at the time. For 6 months I paid on time and paid extra. After changing jobs I could not pay for them any more. They continued to work with me and gave me every opportunity to keep them. I eventually returned them on my own accord. The vehicles still ran great and everyone at the carlot was wonderful. The key is when you have problems stay in touch. Talk to them. They are great people. I will do business in the future and will recommend others to them.”
“I am a vehicle inspector and went to this location today. Thomas was actually great to deal with and very thorough on his vehicles and upfront. A lot of lots I go to now days can be very hit or miss but he was not only professional but transparent on everything which is actually very hard to find these days. Buying and selling is not easy at all especially now but he spends time upfront to get vehicles that will not have issues on the back end (to the best of anyone’s availability) while a lot of places solely look at price points and either hide things or pass on to the consumer. Pretty solid place all around.”

“I was buying a car from them and it broke down about 2 months of having it, and I asked them if they could come tow it and fix it and I would pay for it, but they said they didn't have a way to do that! So, I had to pay for it to get towed to them, and they said the car jumped time and I asked them can they have it fixed and I would pay for it and they told me bc I was 2 payments behind that they wouldn't do that!!! I was 2 payments behind bc it was just sitting there and I couldn't drive it or nor could I bring it up there. They should have a tow truck with being a car lot, so if this happens!!! A lot of people told me that they was crooked and not to buy from them and I didn't listen bc the couple was elderly and I thought they wouldn't do people wrong!!!! (BOY WAS I WRONG!!) I SHOULD'VE LISTENED!!! Make sure that you take a mechanic with you if you go there, but I recommend that YOU DON'T!!!!! IT'S SAD BC I LOVED THAT CAR ????”
