I have been expecting an important package. I see him at the neighbors house. So I go to my front door to wait. My dog is there with me but there is an obvious gate up so she can't get out. It's raining at this time so I don't immediately go out to meet him half way. The guy pulls up (skinny white hippie looking guy) puts my mail in my mailbox grabs the package, looks at me, looks at the rain, then my dog. He then just half shrugs and puts the package down and drove off. This was on Saturday so no way to get ahold of the office. Fine. I'll just have to be patient and wait till Monday.
Guess what, still no package.
I did not know this career needed rocket scientist.

I would rate it a minus 10 if I could. Since Fran has been out for several weeks we have not received our mail. Fran is wonderful. Fran receives ? greatness.

George Ann is such a fun person to talk to. She’s always so helpful to me when I go in there several times a week. Not one complaint with this location or it’s workers.Also my mailman is pretty awesome too.

Hours posted online state they’re open from 7:30-12:00pm M-F. Their posted hours on the door is from 8:30-11:00. Very confusing and frustrating when using your lunch time to mail a package.

Every single time I receive a package that's bigger than my mailbox they just leave a notice and I have to use my lunch hour to go to the post office to retrieve it. Just drive 50' down the dirt road and leave it on my porch! Good grief. What absolutely terrible service. As Lilly Prince said, DO YOUR JOB!!Update:Service remains so unreliable I've quit using my home address for packages and had to start using a relative's address in Dickson. This place just needs to close and leave package delivery to the professionals like UPS, Amazon and FedEx.

Every single time I have a package that goes through here instead of Fedex or UPS its late by a day or two. It says it will be here one day by won't show up for till days later....

The woman who works at the front desk is very nice. She's always incredibly helpful when I need to ship a package or have any questions.

Third package in a row that has sat at this post office not delivered on time. I shouldn't have to drive to the next county over to get my packages. And when you call the number listed you get nothing but a busy signal.
