“Thanks to the good recommendation of my dear friends Valeriya and Dillon, I stopped by at this gem of a place on my way back from Alabama and it did not disappoint!Running late as always, I gave a call asking if the kind gentleman could wait on me, which he did. Mike the owner immediately greeted me with a big smile and kindness. He remembered my friends who stopped by earlier that week and was eager to tell me about the Confederate soldiers in his family, what his Southern heritage means to him, and how much he loves his wife Julie. It was a heartwarming experience to say the least.Of course I couldn't leave the shop without buying a "few" souvenirs and to my surprise Mike was generous with his discounts, despite the merchandise being already reasonably priced, and even threw in a book and a couple of other knick knacks for free as he admired my curiosity for the literature and was thankful for my business. Due to my clumsy self, my phone broke during my shopping spree but Mike was kind enough to guide me to the closest Verizon store which was a good 25 kilometers away. I can't wait to stop by during my next trip to Alabama!”
