Don't waste your time or money. I can't get an answer or call back. $5000 wasted. I've lost about 30 pounds since my last visit because the top hurts so bad that I can barely eat. I thought the office would be better because they got a new staff but they had my files wrong obviously because the new top plate they made is a totally different color from my bottom. When I tried to call them back, no answer.so I called the 800 number and she said she would make a note to get back to me and no one still has since August. I'm just going to take that loss and find me another dentist. But I want to warn people because I don't want anyone to have to suffer like I have. And everyone doesn't have money to waste

Had all my teeth pulled and getting dentures, clip ins on the bottom and conventional on top. It’s been two weeks first adjustment and stitches came out today. Next adjustment is in two weeks and in six months new impression and permanent dentures then. The first two weeks has been rough but getting better daily.

I had to make an emergency visit. Dr Shelton, Sophia, and Yvette were awesome. Dr Shelton gave me the best advice for the specific need I had rather than sell services that may not have been the best option at the time. Definitely thankful to come here.

My appointment was at 1 pm and when I arrived it was closed. An employee who had arrived from Austin Tx was standing outside and said she had arrived to help the short staff and didn’t have a key. They opened the door after 1 and with no other patients in the waiting room, I complained because they didn’t see me until right at 2. One other employee stated she arrived last night from Jacksonville Fl to help out and apologized for the short staff. Many work stations with no one working. A lab employee made it in at 2:15 and worked on my dentures. Said they take Cigna over the phone but wanted me to pay cash and file my own claim. Not the best of service.

The staff was friendly. I thought this appointment different from any other dental appointments I’ve been to. Nothing was asked about insurance, or the meds I take. I’d like a more clear plan of action at my next meeting for making impressions.

Everyone is friendly & kind, BUT the business is SO UNDERSTAFFED, they couldn't perform their job to completion. I came 2 weeks ago because a large shard of a remnant of porcelain crown began to cut through my gums as they healed. So sharp it had cut a huge hole in my tongue that couldn't heal because it kept rubbing up against that sharp peice of a previous tooth that was supposed to be fully extracted with the rest of my teeth. They "so called" fixed it (cut it out) but as it healed over the following 2 weeks 2 sharp peices of that same shard poked through that newly "healed" gum. So was NOT ACTUALLY PULLED OR CUT OUT PROPERLY THE 2ND TIME! My appointment today was to refit the temporary dentures & fix that peice of remaining tooth that was STILL THERE cutting my tongue so it couldn't heal. But when I got checked in, they said they didn't have time to pull that tiny piece remaining, that they would have to schedule me ANOTHER APPOINTMENT to come BACK AGAIN, & they'd only be refitting my temporary dentures unless I wanted to wait for several hours for the dentist to be free???The client before me checked in the same time I did. It would have only taken 15-20 minutes to get that last SHARP PEICE OF TOOTH they MISSED TWICE! Then they COULD HAVE started that 2 hour procedure with that other patient after the few minutes they were supposed to fix what they missed BY MISTAKE TWICE in MY MOUTH! It was BASS-ACKWARDS! I'M TRULY SCARED THAT I MIGHT NOT EVEN EVER ACTUALLY RECEIVE THE PERMANENT IMPLANTS/DENTURES WE PREPAID FOR that cost MORE than MY CAR because they're falling apart as a business & I don't know if I'm going to show up one day & THE AFFORDABLE DENTURES LOCATION WILL JUST BE CLOSED & ANABANDONED EMPTY BUILDING at this rate!I hate it for the staff(that are primarily TEMPS!) because they are very kind & overwhelmed & I know it's not their fault that the business seems to be coming apart at the seams! LIKE IT'S GONNA JUST FALL APART, BE SHUT DOWN, CLOSED OUT OF BUSINESS & THAT $13,000 WE PAID WILL DISAPPEAR & I WON'T GET WHAT I PAID FOR!PLEASE get YOUR BUSINESS IN ORDER! It's totally unfair I have to come back for a 4th TIME FOR YOU TO FIX YOUR MISTAKE IN MY MOITH! BE ACCOUNTABLE! FOR THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY I PAID UP FRONT? I SHOULD BE TREATED MUCH BETTER AS A PATRON & CONSIDERED IMPORTANT ENOUGH TO TAKE CARE of what YOU SCHEDULED WITH ME TO CORRECT! That's terrible customer service & I should be reimbursed for the 3 extra trips I have to make there 36miles each way back & forth to my home! And for the appointment you failed to perform your task as my provider promised to me when the appointment was made!Y'all FIX YOUR SH*T!Help a customer have faith in your promise, THAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY COMPLETE the treatment I PAID FOR in ADVANCE!Thank you, God bless this mess & prayers for this business to come together with all the right staff & abilities to perform all duties necessary to achieve success & abundance & healing for your patients!?-j

Was not impressed waited almost a hour then it seemed like they wanted me to already know what I wanted then seemed like they were wanting me to choose something different then implants the dentist was not friendly at all or convinced of the out come so I definitely won't be choosing this company
