If l could l would use -6 star . I walked into the doors at 8am ,and l had to greet the employees ,Lil manager was leaning on a basket gazing into security guy brown/green eyes,another young girl walked in,she looked like better not no mf speak to her(employee) l tried to ask a question and was looked at like l spoke no human. I remember why l haven't went back from opening day a year half so ago. NEVER WILL I EVER RETURN!!!!

Complete mess of a store and no bathrooms to the public for paying customers, No thanks! Bought what I did and won't be back. Place needs to close. Went to a much neater tj max with working restrooms and much nicer employees. Loss prevention at Burlington looks as if he has better things to do and it won't be letting you use the restroom. Mmmhmm

there are very few staff at the cash register charging and one has to wait more than 45 minutes waiting for their turn. today I came again and there are seven cash registers and only three are open and the line is long, long waiting time

Wasn't a good experience the lady overcharged me... and plus her cash register wasn't showing what she was rang up... if I wouldn't pay attention, she would've got me for that $90 but I already added up what I was supposed to and she made a mistake....

Well the people are great and honestly I have to say this that store would be in great shape but people come in and throw everything in the floor and act like animals so how does a crew of 4 keep up w 300 idiots ...it's impossible....so don't hold it against that store or the crew!!

Madison TN Burlington gets a 0 star. I had to put 1 star so I can enter in my negative experience with how the employees just run things at this location. Announcement was made at 9:20pm stating the are closing at 10pm to make our way to the register. 1 register open cashing out a customer. 4 customer behind that. 3 employees behind the cashier just chatting behind the cashier. To make the story short. My transaction was completed at 10:06pm and still another customer behind me. What joke. Hire better employees. They are a laughing stock representing Burlington.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! This location is a joke! Went to return a pair of shoes for my mother who has stage 4 brain and lung cancer. They refused to return the shoes even with a receipt that was only 8 days old because I didn't have the tag on the shoes. Proceded to leave and having another person start following behind me accusing me of stealing the shoes when I walked in with them, as well as cursing at me! I will never set foot at this store ever again! Worse service I've ever dealt with!

Decent selection and came in clutch when my pants decided to break. Also has a fitting room, which doesn't sound like much but some Burlingtons don't.
But they gotta do something about the lines. When the line is at full capacity, why have only 3 out if 7 registers open?
