Locked the doors before closing because they say the computers were down so you can’t look or anything to prepare for when they are open no matter how far away you travels from crappy

this location consistently changes their store hours and their customer priorities whenever it suits them getting off early they won't let you in after 5:30 unless you're making a payment this is posted nowhere. the store hours are 9:00 to 6:00 everyday but Sunday this is the third time I've been here and I don't want to let you in after 5:30 so they can get out of here .if they don't like the job like that they need to quit this is the worst location in Nashville I would not recommend this place to anyone if you're needing a loan or looking to buy a gift I advise you to go anywhere else but easy pawn in Madison square this place is unprofessional and the guy wouldn't let me in but he did let three minorities in that was behind me . the manager is snobbish and rude and all security or one of the workers can say is I can't let you in I can't let you in but won't give me a reason why accepting I can't let you in I asked him when they start closing early and he said I can't let you in that's all he was saying they know the wrong they know they're closing early and they know they're unprofessional.

Super clean store and employees with great customer service skills. Cornelius and Vanessa helped me find everything I needed. You never know what you get with a pawn shop, so this was a pleasant surprise for sure.
