Awesome customer service. I needed a replacement charger for my laptop. Didn't have any idea what to buy for DC 12 v, 2 Amp. I brought it to the store & they made sure the one they Recommended works perfect. I'll definitely come here in the future. I had went to Best Buy first & they didn't help at all!These guys made sure I got the correct charger.

Raven and Marcus went above and beyond to make this purchase happen. Very pleasant buying experience. Store manager obviously has created a great work atmosphere. I will be back for other appliances as the need arises.

I come here before trying to buy online. The staff has always been super helpful setting me up with the good stuff. The prices are great too. Never had a bad experience here.

I don't take it lightly when leaving a negative review, but the staff can make or break a sale by how the first impression is.
It is not the only important thing to consider when in retail, but walking away from a customer who is actively asking questions seems to be something you wouldn't want to do when working in retail.
I really wish this store the best. It used to be really great, and the staff seemed to care more about helping its customers.
Attitude reflects leadership.

They staff was nice ? welcoming, friendly and helpful. I gave 3 stars because I was very unhappy with my product, when I realized, I didn't get what I thought I was buying. I got 27 inch IMac desktop. I got it home only to realize that it was refurbished and it was not a touch screen, it's a beautiful computer, but it wasn't what I thought I was buying... I just wish they had made that more clear to me while I was in the store. I wind up returning it right back to the store the same day within 20 minutes or less , once I got it home, Otherwise, not a bad experience, except for that one thing. Parker, the manager was nice and so was the salesforce.( Staff)

I was in the store less than 10 seconds and was spoken to, and made to feel like I was stereotyped, and so I left. I understand that people are in customer service and sales for different reasons, but they should be sure to treat every customer the same way each time and every time. Racism really should be dead already. I had to instantly change my mind about looking around to see what else I may have wanted as I had not visited that location before.
