Ordering was fine. Delivery charge a bit steep, but the fundamental problem was that the flowers died very quickly.

My husband ordered me flowers for Valentine’s Day. While the flowers were beautiful, it is now Feb 19th and the yellow roses have completely wilted. This is only 5 days later, I know fresh flowers don’t live forever but I thought for the price they would be alive longer than 4 days.

The flowers looked nothing like the picture. It looks thrown together by a child. This really defines expectations vs reality.

TLDR: highly recommend, will only ever give Flower Express my business in the future. You should do the same :) Had a special request for an anniversary surprise & couldn't be happier with the results. Flower Express absolutely nailed the theme & everyone was impressed by the arrangement. Most importantly, my bf loved them so so so much.

I placed an order on 1800flowers via a funeral home link that was fulfilled and delivered by Flower Express. We specifically ordered a large, red flower arrangement as that was the favorite color of the family member. We were extremely disappointed to see what was delivered. It was an all white arrangement with no lilies and only a total of 3 roses that was poorly arranged and small. We noticed all flowers delivered by out-of-state family members were also completely white with gaps in the arrangements. It feels like this florist is running a scam as most people that order do not get to see the product that is delivered.

Ordered flowers for a birthday and and was extremely disappointed to see what was delivered looked 0% like what was on the website. Paid for an arrangement of lilies, roses and a succulent and what got delivered was mostly carnations and baby's breath. I understand that there has to be a certain amount of leeway for the flowers they have but the elegant arrangement I ordered showed up looking like grocery store flowers. 2 stars only because while the vase was nothing like what I ordered it wasn't a clear glass vase.

they were ok busy. missed up the ribbon color 3 times on a 1 stem rose.. but they were nice and fixed it.
