“I deal with insurance companies and agencies all the time. I am a roofing contractor in Middle Tennessee. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Jeremy over the past year on several different claims. After the tornadoes in Middle Tennessee our phones have all been blowing up. I have been on several different adjuster meetings with several clients. I have seen Jeremy personally come out and stand for doing the right thing for his clients even when other parties involved do not agree. I just got a phone call and was so impressed when I heard he and his wife were loading up tools to go clean his client's bathroom because of her allergies and illness. I am writing this review, not because I was asked or was he looking for any kind of recognition. This is something from a consumer standpoint that any potential client should know. Its not all about the best rates or cheapest coverage. I genuinely believe Jeremy and his wife want to be good people and do what they can to help people. Kudos to the Jennifer Bourne State Farm Agency.”
