Last year I was charged $65.00 for tax prep. I expected to pay the same amount this year, or maybe a little more. I did not expect to be charged $315.00 !!!!! When I asked why the increase, I was told that prices go up every year. If I had known this was going to happen, I would have gone back to HRB. I wish I could have gone yesterday. I will not be back! Ever! This was a rip-off!
