Great service! The GM and one of the other employees were super fun, helpful and got me on my way! Answered all questions I had, and didn’t make me feel stupid for asking them. Absolutely great experience with the entire experience! Helped a lot of my things in my move go smoothly!

Unprofessional. Will talk down to frequently customers as if they aren't important to their business. Lady at the desk needs a lesson in customer service. Rude and a disgrace to uhaul.

Woman running the front desk is absolutely heinous. Rude as can be, 0 customer service skills. Tried to make a payment on my storage unit and was hassled. Just the most rotten attitude I’ve had to deal with at this location; I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Waiting about 15-20min. The guy on the desk never said hi or give me a minute, nothing at all. He got only 1 customer, just 1He just simple ignore us*We are already a customers but I’m planning to move to another location

The 1 star is for the ubox unload and load service and not any of uhaul’s other services. I placed an order on U-Haul and expected to only pay about $91.04 on the move day for the ubox. After the ubox move is complete, I see I was charged for $91.04 and $101.78. The 101.78 was not even on the order details and appears to be paying again for the u box rental rate at a different location. It was not a delivery fee but a rental fee which makes no sense since the U-Haul site says the price you pay is for 30 days of use.I called customer service and got transferred 4 times to each agent who kept giving me Ubox’s customer service line and transferred me to ubox customer service but it ended up being uhaul’s regular customer service. I called the next day and I finally got an agent who filed a complaint and now it’s going to take 3 business days to hear back from someone about a charge that should have never been authorized. Save yourself the headache and stress.

Slowest staff. No customer service. Said they were busy but they weren’t. They’re just lazy. Employees eating, talking on phones and talking to each other rather than serving customers. Took 45mins to get a trailer that was already checked in online and no one in line before us.

Truckers don't come here avoid this place they will take forever even to unload you and they take 2 hours lunch no respect for drivers

If you walk into this facility and there is employee with sunglasses on and a Porkpie hat, ask if there is someone else that can help you. # 1, I think he was high. # 2, no customer service, very slowing moving, and a jerk. Believe his name is Marcus Mathis, Jr. If that is not right, I am sorry. Everyone else we dealt with were helpful and efficient. This facility is very busy and they need people that want to work and do their jobs.

WARNING! BE CAREFUL at this location. Make sure you take photos with time and date stamped of your return time! Make sure you complete the full self return process!!I was charged an extra 250 dollars for a supposed extra 2 days and 80 miles driven and low gas returned on my U-Haul even though I made sure to return it in my allowed mileage and the evening before it was due back With just above the rented fuel level.When I pulled up to the drop off location I began to start the self return process, and the employee who was cleaning the U-Hauls came up and said I was good to go. I assumed all was well, and got into my car to go home.Two days later I got my rental agreement back with the above charges. I know how this works. Day laborers or other people looking to take advantage of others, will wait till vehicles are returned without the documented process, Take your vehicle, and use it to their benefit on your card!!I will warn others of this location. Based on other reviews I've read, I would say management is likely complicit in this scam.Be Aware!!!

Store Manager Marvin haggled me about the price difference for what the people told me over the phone. I paid the extra and the work done on my car was terrible. The cut in my bumper looks like a child did it and my hitch is loose and causes it to make a noise when it hits against my heat plate. I would not suggest using this location.I complained about the price difference and the terrible service to uhaul corporate and was sent back to this location to deal with the same incompetent manager.This was a terrible experience and I will use other locations from now on.

Keep being great. This location went above and beyond my needs. I wish all U-Haul locations was more like this location. Everyone was smiling and working in unison. The family vibe was there and me being in management, appreciate seeing a team work at superiors levels. Model Experience!
