I was clearly the wrong color today. Tried upgrading a phone. The store wanted 30 dollars more than the list price and tacked on a 35 dollar upgrade fee and a 29 dollar setup fee to verify the device would work. The sales agent just rolled her eyes several times when I asked them to explain the fees and that I could walk into Apple, do the same thing and save 100 dollars

They had my phone ready in the locker. I placed my order online. The website was very easy to understand and place your order!

Super nice here. OK, if they are busy you may have to get an appointment, but otherwise, walking welcome.

Brooke (and every employee working today) handled a VERY difficult client with class and respect. They got the issues resolved despite the disrespect they received. I would highly recommend any of the employees and this location!

Thank you so much for helping during our bachelorette party mishaps! One of the girls dropped her phone in a lake during a Tiki ride and Brooke (the manager) was absolutely amazing to work with during a stressful situation for her. Brooke was very friendly and had a lot of patience. Definitely recommend this location! All of the employees are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful!

Just had the quickest experience at the Verizon Store I've ever had. Dexter was extremely helpful, knew his stuff and ended up getting me a new IPhone while saving me money. I usually end of at the Verizon store for over an hour. Best Verizon experience I've had. Thanks Dexter!

Going in just a minute ago and oh my god this girl was the most hostile and unhelpful I have ever dealt with. I came in earlier because I wanted to upgrade my wife's phone and trade her old broken on. Seeing we only have 3 payments it might be easier and cheaper to just trade it in. The guy the I talked to was ok and helped a little. Enough for me to want to go a head and do that. So I got my wife and was back there in 5 minutes and this girl kept cutting me off and telling me we can't do that or this and at first she said we couldn't trade the phone in than back tracked saying the value of the phone would be reduced. She was so abrasive that I just had to leave the store. After talking with her it made me realize why I use the sales people at the customers service line because they are ten times more help and it a recorded line.

Came in today to purchase a new iPhone 8 Plus - worked with CJ who was very pleasant and walked me through my purchase and what accessories I would need for my new phone. Great customer service and will be back for future needs!

This store and Verizon wireless as a whole has been an incredible experience. The service is personal and incredible and they make the process so easy. Just last week we had two prime examples of outstanding customer service by Tammy. My daughter in Cincinnati needed a phone. I decided to add her to my plan. (we'll see how that goes) I was in and out in 30 minutes and Tammy had the phone shipped to my daughter overnight at no charge to me. I mentioned to Tammy that I was having an issue with the charging port on my iPhone 6. The port was clearly loose. I had gone through the tech support with Verizon of resetting the phone even though I knew it was a physical issue versus a firmware issue. Tammy quickly verified the issue and I had my new iPhone 6 the very next business day without any cost to me. After being a Sprint customer for over 10 years I had low expectations of mobile providers. Tammy and the team at this store have turned that opinion around. I highly recommend this location!

This review has nothing to do with this particular store. I finished my contract and switched to AT&T. I got a bill for a few hundred dollars because the person on the phone did not tell me that one line (that had an early upgrade) was still under contract. I tried to explain it was not my fault and Verizion did not care--they wanted the money despite the fact that it was not my fault. Months went by and I did not care that they kept sending me letters and calling. Eventually I talked to one of them again and explained I was misinformed about my contract status and they did not care. All they wanted was my money. It's been 5 years and I have never paid. I never will. They told me bad info on the phone and I switched carriers--not knowing at the time--never to return.

The most unhelpful staff I've ever seen. I'm not sure why that store is there. All they tell people basically is to suck it up if they have a problem, nothing they can do, blah blah blah. A guy let me use their store phone to call customer service. Another customer was having the same signal and call-drop problem as me. They recommended us both to buy a $250 signal booster! Excuse me? This store and the 800 number were most unhelpful for my $150/month. I'm switching to another carrier.

Typical setup, but with awesome customer service!!!! I have left so many cell phone stores grumpy as all get out. I've been to this store twice: one to replace my boyfriend's cell phone (which I washed in the laundry) and the second time to try to change plans. Both were painless! This last time a lovely girl named Julie helped me upgrade my Granny phone (whose battery died) to an iPhone and jump from my mother's plan to my boyfriend's plan with ease! We arrived before the lunch time rush, around 10:30 and were helped right away, but I noticed that soon after that the place became packed with folks wanting help. Get there early folks!

The staff at this Verizon Wireless is typically pretty good. Today I had the privilege (please note my sarcasm) of asking for assistance from Raymond. Please let me tell you about my experience with Raymond. He was rude, looked thru my emails, and told me I was probably having problems because I downloaded an app 8 months ago and was just now causing problems. He then told me it was a game I downloaded and I should delete them - all of them. Um, sir, how about you check for updates for my phone and stop judging me for playing Words With Friends and talking to me like I'm a bimbo. My best advice: If you go to this store and Rude Raymond offers to help you, WAIT FOR THE NEXT AVAILABLE SALES PERSON!!!
