We’ve been working with John and Tiffany for both of us vehicles, they have been patient, kind and worked hard to help us get in a vehicle and made sure we understood everything in the plan and for payments…very affordable and good quality selection of vehicles and will work with you on down payment. Would definitely go back.

Don’t let the good reviews fool you like I did smh.. they will act friendly and work with you to get u in a car but most the cars are lemons and once it breaks down they will do nothing to fix it and im talking from experience. I literally had to start using Uber because of these people they don’t care about their customers the owner is very money hungry

When I came in, the first thing that told me to do is look around. They have a pretty decent selection as well. Everybody here is nice and sooo helping. The process was explained to EXCELLENCE . The process was done EXPEDITIOUSLY. I feel as if I will enjoy having a car with them.

Guys if you need a car and want to deal with someone that is passionate and and willing to help ppl any situation then go buy here. At woods motor and talk to John miller He got us in a car that good and made arrangements to help us. But every person is different so definitely check them out. If I could rate a -10,000, I would!I'm disabled & am taking care of my 7 yo grandson who lost his mother in a tragic accident, of which 2 individuals had stolen a car, collided with her killing her on impact, and fled on foot. (They STILL haven't been caught). So my husband being the ONLY individual with income goes in to buy a vehicle from the Madison location who employs a "Shade Tree" Mechanic that before selling the vehicle causes MAJOR electrical issues installing the GPS tracker that affects the function of the transmission module, preventing it to run properly. Thinking, it's a maintenence issue, husband purchases a new transmission module only to no prevail. Husband takes it back in & they found the electrical issue & told him to return the module, replace with a new one, & if no correction, bring it back & skip the next payment, since IT WAS THEIR FAULT. (What's the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over again, expecting different results, right?). But, thinking they are working with us, my husband followed directions. NO FIX! The same result. He takes it BACK in & was told he bought it AS IS, that they were not responsible. Yet, it was their employee that damaged the vehicle before it left the lot. So, they said told him to leave the vehicle and they would take it to their shop and have their mechanic check it out & fix it. ?♀️ (Yeah, like we are now to trust that one). He was told it would be the following Monday before they could pick it up & take it to their shop. Hubby stated he needed to work & if there were any way they could put him in another, WILLING to still make payments since he would be working. He was told they no longer do loaners but they would get it fixed ASAP. That was about 3 weeks ago.(Oh, and let's not forget about the gentleman named Eric who was there for the drop off. He came in while husband was talking with the staff, walked right past them head down, tail stuck between his legs straight to his office and NEVER came back out to find any resolve, which tells me that he knew what he did and that he knows he's a crook)! During this time, there was conversation about how they would call when vehicle was done. Nothing! Hubby makes phone call after phone call to get the opportunity to speak with someone. Kept getting told they were out of office... even Tiffany, or no answer ALL TOGETHER. Finally, about a week later they call and said they would see what they could do to get back on the road so he could work. Tiffany, or whatever her name was, stated she'd call back that day and crickets....C.R.I.C.K.E.T.S.... crickets ? chirp, chirp! Today, 3 weeks later, husband contacts them to find out the progress & was told that it's still on the repo lot. Repo? ? Work has not been done, yet have been LYING to us saying they were working on it.NOW, because he's been out of work (almost lost his position), we have bills that are past due, possibly facing foreclosure, & a little boy who, not only lost his mother THIS February, but also, may not have a Christmas. Thanks WOOD MOTOR, I hope you take satisfaction in hurting a little boy's heart and causing financial strife to a family. YOU GUYS ARE CROOKED & FOUL HUMAN BEINGS! It's people like you that give humanity a bad name! I guess we are partially to blame in that we didn't check out their reputation & reviews as it is my understanding that this Eric person is NOTORIOUS for his SHADY business ethics!I DO NOT USE THIS CAR LOT! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! They get these cars, damage them more than what they were, sell them for a higher price, FORCE you to buy full coverage insurance on 12 yo vehicles, & take advantage of people and their money.

Wish I could get this company -0. I would never recommend this car dealership to my worst enemy. Sold me a 2011 dodge that they knew was no good. The car broke down in less than a month of me having it and charged me almost $500 to get “fixed” even after they “fixed” it, it still stop on me on the interstate with my child in the car. I called and asked to do a trade in because I only had the car less than a month and they practically told me no I would basically have to put down another down payment. And here I am a week now today my car still not fixed and I’m having to use Uber to get myself to work and my son to school and nobody cares that I’m carless with a car I can’t drive that I JUST purchased. They keep giving me the run around about when my car will be fix and SAFE for me to drive and NOTHING. Please do not go here!!!! If you need a car it’s plenty of but here pay here dealerships but this is the WORST dealership I have every been to!

The friendly people over here will get you back on the rd with ease . The boss lady . At least she should be boss.. has all the answers for everything that could come up .. just stay in communication with them an your good to go I will definitely come back if I ever need another car

My car blew a rod and these guys and girls were so helpful they worked non stop to get me into a new car and make sure everything was good before I left the lot! Definitely recommend! Affordable payments as well!
