“(Rated 5 stars just so you can see this) I was not going to do this post, but since they want to ignore my texts, calls, and letter of demand. Let me tell you everything you need to know about this place. Do not believe any of these 5 star rated comments. These have been the worse apartments we’ve ever lived in. They are riddled with roaches. We had black mold in our apartment that was left untreated for a month. Any request you have gets pushed to the side and ignored. You’ll have to ask several times, and then get treated like you are in the way. The foundation is coming apart. When we moved in other people’s stuff were still in the apartment. I believe the only thing they care about is money. The original landlord was better. I believe they fired her just to move a worse person in her spot. Lori will constantly tell you she has nothing to do with the apartments cause she’s the apartment manager not the landlord. Seems they only care about the appearance of the outside of these apartments. When we moved the rent was $1155 a month. Youll be charged $60 for water. They also changed the fee online from around $5 to $27 to pay online without a notice. (This was the same time nobody was moving in.) Let me tell you something I pay for water now and it’s no where near that. They also give you no proof that it goes to any water bill. The washer and dryers never work and if you ask for your money back they act like you’re the problem. The pipes are about 30 years old and their solution to the failing pipes is well don’t put anything under the sink cause if you bump it they’ll break and you’ll be responsible. Almost Everything you can think that’s wrong about these apartments are. In my eyes these people are the biggest crooks of Tennessee. Please if you want peaceful living and want to spend your $1100 wisely DO NOT RENT HERE. Don’t you guys worry when they try and delete my review I have 10 more emails ready to post at moments notice. I believe these apartments need to be condemned and shut down. (Photos added for your convenience)”
