“One of the best decisions I've made was to take my car for repair at Martin's Auto Body in Madisonville. I had to pick up my car on the weekend (with my extra key) because I was traveling while my car got repaired. The paint job is excellent, customer service is efficient and my car was returned sparkling clean inside and out. I was totally expecting to have to get the car detailed after spending a week at a repair shop. Martin's went above and beyond my expectations. They deserve 5 stars and more.”

“Stopped on my way home from work at grocery store came out to leave and battery was dead got jumped off drove to autozone and explained that I’m a General Manager at a retail auto store in Knoxville and we use there batteries there and because I work there I bought one from work but now was bad they warranted it out loaned me a few tools so I could change it out and get me back on my way home before the milk spoiled excellent customer satisfaction and customer service kudos to these guys sorry I didn’t get there names A* for sure”
