Absolutely terrible rude could not speak to a live person at all. They wanted me to go to a voicemail and wait an hour to return a phone call. I did not have a phone call. I could not even get information to see if they offer same-day delivery. And what the costs are? They rudely told me I have to get off this line and that they're going to transfer me to another one. As far as I'm concerned. They are absolutely terrible rude and I will never do business CVS......!!!

The pharmacy staff here have been so unhelpful at the Madisonville, Tennessee location. I have never had issues with CVS before until I’ve had to deal with the pharmacy here. They don’t call you back when they don’t have your medicine they don’t call you back when they can’t get ahold of your dr to get a refill so that you could reach out to your doctors office during business hours and have this taken care of. They just leave you hanging forever! And the sad thing is, this is the third month I have went through the same thing! They had me drive 3hrs away last week because they told me another pharmacy had my Prescription and I asked specifically was it filled before I drove 3hrs to get and the lady said yes she could see it was filled. I get there and no not only was it not filled. They didn’t even have a refill called into them have it. It has been nothing but a headache and a fiasco dealing with them!

Just wanted to say CVS is a great place! I save sooo much $$ through their carepass membership.
I always have a good chat with Destiny & Tina when I’m there & they make me feel welcome every time….and they are always willing to help if needed.

I use CVS for all my medical prescriptions and over the counter needs. The employees are so friendly and helpful, their customer service is unmatched. Because of this, CVS has earned a very loyal customer!

Good luck trying to get someone on the phone, or have any medication in the pharmacy in stock. Almost all of my prescriptions sit there for days saying out of stock. When you try to see when they may get the meds in stock to fill a prescription or if another CVS has them, they’re even nastier than they were before. No wonder their stores are going out of business in the next couple years.

Jacob is the most pleasant person I have encountered there. Very helpful and seems to know how to do his job very well. He explained the new adds very well. 10/10 customer service will most definitely be coming back here. I usually do not leave reviews but this boy was very helpful.

I personally know two of the pharmacy assistants at this location, and they have been nothing short of awesome!! However, there is one lady in particular that has been pathetically rude to me 3 times now. After getting snippy when I asked for a refill and to add my new insurance information, she had the audacity to roll her eyes as she said, “I’m soooo sorry.” If you want to be treated as if you’re scum of the Earth, make sure you go when she’s working!!

I would discourage anyone from coming here for a test. I'm STILL waiting for my results and I'm already getting better and out of quarantine tomorrow. I wish I had read these reviews since I actually know some of the people. ?

First time I went in didn’t have what I need and “ the last time” I went I was asking about there COVID testing and the woman shoed me off rudely told me I wasn’t allowed in there when I was walking towards the door and proceeded to spray Lysol the second I exited the building muttering something looking in on the doors. Even after this craziness I will not go back to that environment again

Would not fill my prescription because I am from Indiana. Absolutely ridiculous! My pharmacist back home said that there was no reason they couldn't call them or the doctors office. I called another cvs 45 mins from them and they were happy to fill my prescription! Thanks for being jerks!
