The person who I've had all my dealings with via phone has always been super helpful. I had to get a new credit card and it only took a minute to make the necessary changes via phone. Hideaway Storage is clean and easy to deal with

We have only stored our rv for a few months but we have been pleased with the facility. The only thing I would recommend for future improvements would be to increase the width of each space by about 2 feet. But otherwise clean and well lit, fenced and gated.
