“My 2017 Ford Escape started acting up. My husband took it to get codes read. Asked a Friend if his where to take it or if he could fix it. He recommended Sir Victor and his crew. My husband took it to them and they said give us a couple weeks at least. My husband picked it up, I've been driving it ever since. They asked me to bring it back in a week so they can check on it for any leaks and test drive it. Not a problem. Discussed other things Victor gave me some information about those, told me if we needed any more help to come on back. My husband has been taking care of the other problems I discussed with Victor. They don't know this, but that crew was a God send. When my car broke down I was on my way to pick my Mom up for Chemotherapy. I had to use my Husband's car for a while to take care of her. The car runs like nothing ever happened. You all did such a wonderful job and I am sooo thankful we were sent your way. Thank you each and everyone that worked on my car sooo much. They were so nice, listened to my concerns and didn't hesitate to give advise and offer help. I can't thank you enough.”
