Truck Rental in Madisonville, TN

“The Rocky Top Storage location in Madisonville, TN. provided excellent service, a friendly customer experience and they had the exact moving truck we needed for a long haul 4 day round trip at a very fair price. Truck was clean and ready to go at pick-up! We did after hours drop off on a holiday weekend with no issues. Would highly recommend them if you are looking for a U-Haul rental in East TN!”

“I had reserved a truck for 9am, after getting to location I was expecting to deal with a person, no I had to do everything over an app which was ok but someone whose not tech savvy would have had major issues. Took approx 20 mins to check in & do pictures & survey (inspection) of truck, then same when it was returned. So beware, if you are renting a truck & no one is there it has to be done over an app. You have to complete process (inspection) before leaving & when unit is returned. Very easy money for the owner. Make sure whoever picks up the truck is tech savvy, follow directions & has a phone because that's how check in & out is done. Oh & photo ID is required at check out. Hope this helps. Have a blessed day!!!”
