“We were so pleased with absolutely everything about Westside Storage. First of all, the please is immaculately spotless! The units are perfectly maintained inside and out. From the office to the storage units, everything looks freshly painted including the numbers on the units themselves. Sometimes there are some facilities with faded or peeling numbers, not here. The lock system is superb and the automatic gates are flawless. A great big thank you to Donna who facilitated everything with grace, skill, and courtesy! She didn't even charge us extra when we needed to extend a few days. Don't even look elsewhere for one second!”

“I had reserved a truck for 9am, after getting to location I was expecting to deal with a person, no I had to do everything over an app which was ok but someone whose not tech savvy would have had major issues. Took approx 20 mins to check in & do pictures & survey (inspection) of truck, then same when it was returned. So beware, if you are renting a truck & no one is there it has to be done over an app. You have to complete process (inspection) before leaving & when unit is returned. Very easy money for the owner. Make sure whoever picks up the truck is tech savvy, follow directions & has a phone because that's how check in & out is done. Oh & photo ID is required at check out. Hope this helps.
