I would give them 100 stars for sure if it weren't for one thing.. I use prepay, and I have for years. I paid for my son's and my phone full cash up front. I've also been on auto pay, never missed or been ate making a payment a but my screen is cracked and my loyalty for being a great customer doesn't help because I'm prepay, 5 stars to help us loyal prepayers!!

My son has U.S. Cellular through a free service with QLink.It has very limited range so doesn't work in Coker Creek nor Tellico. I recently had an issue with the phone, ordered a new one, and before the new phone came I got the old one working.Customer service was of no help at all.Considering to ditch U.S Cellular even if we have free service."You get what you pay for".

Went into the store having been a customer for 21 yrs . Took one phone to have numbers transferred from one phone to the next since my son is a home health care nurse who needs his phone and his was messed up . I was standing there waiting and all of a sudden vulgar music began to play from their speakers they advertised for sale and I tried to turn them off and realizedone of their clients was playing off his phone . I tried to turn it off just to not have to hear such demonic music . I told the man I didn’t want to hear that stuff and the lady Candace who was working there asked what was going on I told her she said he can listen to what ever he wanted to . Then the assistant manager Andrew asked he agreed with her . I was like wow ?I’m so disappointed in the mentality and disregard and disrespect. They chitchated and laughed amongst themselves the assistant manager and Candace . Very unprofessional today the least .

I signed up for home internet. I was told there was a 15 day return policy if it didn't work at my address. I took the router home that day and it didn't work. I went in the next day to return the equipment and cancel service since it didn't work. I was told everything was good and I should get a refund. Fast forward to today. I received a bill in the mail from US Cellular for 500 dollars. The bill was for the router that was returned already. I called billing and waited on hold for 40 minutes with no answer. I decided I would go back into this store and try to see if the staff could help me. I drove 20 minutes to the store. When I walked in I was asked what I needed. I told the guy that I got billed for service I didn't have. He immediately walked over and said they were busy and told me the only thing they could do at the store was look at the bill. He told me to call the billing department. I told him that I was on the phone with them and they wouldn't pick up. He said there was nothing else he could do. It's very frustrating to walk into a store and get no help from the people who work there. I would not recommend US Cellular or the staff at this store.

When I came to store looking for a 5g phone, chase was my sales representative. He was courtius throughout the whole process. When my phone acted up , chase and coworkers helped to get it resolved. I had my old phone temporarily till I could get my new one. Chase definitely is a 5 star.

Wow! ANDREW is the man!!! Been having problems with my phone, tried everything, pushed every button, held every button, shook the damn thing, etc. almost threw it into the woods this morning and went and bought another one on my lunch break. Spoke with Andrew and he had my phone back on and fixed within 3 minutes. Thanks again brotha. Awesome service.

Customer care and service is horrible disrespectful employees and management that sides with the employees and not the customers. I witnessed an employee talking about a customer to another employee and the customer saw this happen and confronted the employee when the employee damaged the phone of the customer and the manager sided with the employee and would not replace the phone the store damaged. I came into the store, and the employees were disrespectful to me. I would not recommend this store to anyone. This is a cut rate company for people that can't afford AT&T , Verizon and TMobil so they treat the customers accordingly

The customer service in this location is outstanding! After a lot of trial and error trying to figure out what would work best for my needs, Mercedes took the time to work with me and help me out. I'm so pleased! They're exceptionally patient and kind and knowledgeable about the devices. I was very impressed! Their representative, Candice was most helpful and courteous.These are nice people it seemed to genuinely care about their customers, a rarity nowadays
