We had purchased a garden cart and 1 of the tires had been damaged, he stayed with us during the process, since that store didn't have any more in stock, he found another store that had 1 in stock and called that manager and had her pull the wheel from that unit and hold it for us.

“I was looking for a refrigerator. I needed one like yesterday. The big box stores had nothing. It would be about a week before they could deliver. I have across this place in Manchester near where I live. I swung by and lo and behold, they had a refrigerator that was ready to go. Always trust the mom and pop stores to come through.”
