I've been shopping at Factory Connection for many years and yesterday when I went in they had a great selection of clothes however there was an older lady working there and I got some items of the BOGO 50% off rack and when I checked out they did not ring up that way and the lady said they only ring up that way if they have been marked down twice and if I had shopped there I should know that however the sign did not state that . So fix your signs Factory Connections and please hire friendly staff like before because this lady was rude to me and another group of customers!

So I went to factory connection with my little sister. We came in and I wanted to try on a few outfits, well my hair isn’t done I have no makeup on and I’m just wearing Nike shorts and a bonnaroo t-shirt. All I had was my phone keys and wallet. I wasn’t carrying a purse, nothing. So I ask the lady can I try on some clothes and I knew the limit was 4 so She asks me how many items I have. I said I have 4 to take in my sister is holding the rest. She said “you can set them right here with me” I said she’s gonna hold them, and she said “you just need to make sure there is only 4 in there” I said okay that’s fine, she lets me in and Maeanna is standing by the door. BOTH of the girls working magically make their way standing by my dressing room pretending to move stuff around by the shoes and I was like whatever. I’m trying on my stuff and my pants zipper got stuck so I asked mae to set the stuff down and help me so I didn’t break it/rip the pants. The woman yells at me and says only one at a time, so I said “actually she’s helping me with my zipper” and she laughs and says okay. Well I get out and I put the stuff down and let mae check out first. Keep in mind these girls haven’t said one word to Maeanna and have been nice to her the whole time. She checks out and the lady is having conversation and being nice. And it’s my turn, she doesn’t say one word to me. She gives me the total and she watches me count the money and hand it to her, I dropped one of the 20s and didn’t think about it I thought I thought it was with the rest of my money. She slams my money down and says “this is 33, the total was 53” I said yes ma’am I thought I handed you enough. And I left after, that was the RUDEST transaction I’ve ever had and I felt extremely targeted and it hurt my feelings. Even if I wanted to steal there was NO WHERE for me to hide/put anything to steal it. Especially when all I had was jeans and t-shirts. I’m really not happy and that hurt my feelings.

Not a lot to choose from. The Tullahoma Factory Connection and even the one in Winchester has a lot more clothes than this one. Staff aren’t very welcoming either like the one in Winchester.
