Went in around 4:00 on a Sunday afternoon to grab some front porch plants. Four hours later .... left with 3 flatbeds of stuff we had no intention of buying. lol. I'll start outside. The young people working in lumber and garden were really helpful. A young man was super helpful in getting some 'up stock' down for me - with a great attitude :) Sorry I don't remember his name. Then we went to paint ..... we needed 5 gallons of one color and 3 gallons of another. They didn't have 5 gallon buckets of Glidden and they were out of the base tint we needed. They also did not have a code in the computer to auto match my Benjamin Moore paint. This could have gone sideways at least 4 times. But it didn't :) Long story short, Payton (in paint) was INCREDIBLE at working it out. She visually matched the color. Then, she graciously upgraded our 8 gallon paint purchase from Glidden to Behr since they were out of 5 gallon options and the Glidden dark base. That's worth about $80-$100. The other employee working with her was just as nice. Forgot his name. Sorry! But honestly, the main thing was, they never stopped trying to get it right. We were there for almost 2 hours, but in the end, it was a nice experience - where the employees and the manager actually helped us in every way they possibly could. I can't remember everyone's name, but a BIG THANKS to Payton and her team. We will definitely patronize your store every chance we get :) TY!

Poor customer service, we came in to purchase a new fridge. Asked one of the 4 employees standing at the register chatting if they could check what was in stock so we knew what options we had to pick from as we intended to buy one tonight. Young guy with a shaved head said he'd go check then we waited for 10 minutes at the fridges and no one came over, walked back to the front and saw the same 4 employees including the one we asked to check what was in stock just standing chatting. We left and drove the 20 minutes to lowes to spend 2k on a fridge. Much better service there I'll drive the distance for better service.

If you need anything delivered and installed, don’t waste your time!,, when you pay the extra to have delivered and installed, that’s all I expected but was so disappointed because that’s not what happened. I merely expected this place of business to do what they said they would do, what I paid them to do. When I schedule my day around the window of time YOU tell me it’s going to be delivered and installed I’m foolish enough to believe that’s what will happen. All I expect is if there is any type of problem just call me and we can reschedule but no!!! Apparently I expected to much and very disappointed. I won’t be making any purchases from Home Depot again for anything.

Bad experience !!! We bought 3 appliances Samsung refrigerator, washer and dryer . The service is really bad ! We paid in cash even we have Home Depot Card. We waited weeks for the dryer to be delivered since the Samsung delivery guy lied and said we cancelled the dryer since I did not accept because it was damaged. Only fridge and washer was at least delivered. Today dryer was delivered but did not set them up as promised that they will install it. Maybe we should return them !!!

This past Friday, 9/4/2020, I had to replace my RIDGID Impact Driver. I went to my local Home Depot for a replacement has I had done since this store opened many years ago. I quickly located the replacement tool and noticed that ALL the tools where under lock with a restraining steel cable. the store in manchester tn is a quality place to make your purchases. the employees are kind and very helpful. they helped us with the purchase of our refrigerator for our motorhome and were awesome. now this has nothing to do with the store but the company home depot uses to deliver were brutal with our experience. very rude and lazy young boys who wanted a paycheck but didnt want to do the job. wanted to fight me when I asked them to leave our property also mouthing to my wife all with foul language. I was not a saint when this started either. again this does not stop me from enjoying the great experience at home depot but I will pick up my own product.

Too small. They need to make it bigger. They need more help in the tools section. I came here for their Labor Day Sale. This is about the smallest Home Depot I ever been in. Anyway, the girl in the tool section doesn't know wha she is doing. The guy that does, is too busy to help you. He has an awful attitude too. I told him I need help changing out my Dewalt circular saw's blade. It needs to be 5 and 3/8 or 136mm. He tried to sell me one that is 140 mm. He didn't know for sure it will fit. I want one that will definitely fit. He kept calling me "sir". What in the world is up with that. Anyway, I got no help me. I'm going to Lowes.
