“Big shout out to Brian at the manchester store, even though he had ended his shift and was leaving the store he stopped and asked if he could help us.
We had purchased a garden cart and 1 of the tires had been damaged, he stayed with us during the process, since that store didn't have any more in stock, he found another store that had 1 in stock and called that manager and had her pull the wheel from that unit and hold it for us.
