“Showed up on a Friday at 2:40pm. The store was closed. Sign on the door says it was open. Called no answer. Heard phone ringing inside. Nobody there. Needed some information about a storage unit. Not a good look. Y'all can determine if that's someone you want to deal with. I've givein one star. Would give them less if I could. I will say this. There storage unit prices are reasonable. That's the only positive right now. After talking with someone I have decided to put this company as a four. The reason why is customer service. They reached out and was very understanding of my disappointment at the time. With that said My experience was good.”

I was pleasantly surprised at the response time for U-Haul to respond as well as their operators keeping in contact with me untill it was completed. The tow company also was quick and top notch. Very impressed with both parties in the speed my repair was completed.”
