about a year ago I bought my phone from here( Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra),, nothing but trouble out of the phone. the phone updated the other day(3-8-24) and it would not work very well after that nothing would load. I couldn't even hang up a phone call. I stopped in on Sunday(3-10-24) afternoon to have it looked at.. the dude was Rude. he told me that reason my phone wasn't working was because I have a case on it. i told him the phone never worked great but was much better before the last update. I told him that every update the phone gets worse and worse.. he got snippy with me and said I need those updates. I told him not if they are stopping my phone from working. dude was rude the entire time.. he checked my phone and it turns out there was an update that did NOT complete. which caused my phone not to work properly.
the people working at this Verizon store need some serious customer service TRAINING. I paid almost $2k for that phone it should work better then what it does. and I don't need to be told that I shouldn't have a case on my phone... I need a case on a almost $2000 phone.

Don't make an appointment doesn't matter, I asked the store attendant if I will he first in line if I make an appointment after being and waiting in the store for 3 HOURS, without getting the service I needed they said it doesn't matter and they don't do appointments, when I asked why they tried to remove me from the store until I found the store manager who explained calmly that they don't do appointments at this location. I think it is weird and they need to remove the appointments from there site or something so they don't just waste people's time, but they were rather hostile and unhelpful throughout the whole process it would be worth it to drive to murfreesboro or the next closest verizon store and check there especially because they do appointments at every other verizon store and you are the next person in line whenbu schedule an appojntment, terrible and hostile service.

Went up there to uprgade to a newer phone and switch over to a new plan. Casey and Jacey were extremely pleasant to work with. They both went the extra mile for me despite some of my complicated questions. Both did an amazing job not only at getting a new phone setup, but also being just super kind and friendly. Highly recommend when going up there to work with eitherof them. They made my experience super pleasant!
