I am in the middle of chemo treatments and had to pick up a prescription that I take with each treatment. The pharmacist went above and beyond to find a way for me to get several refills at once so that I don't have to come by before every chemo session to get just a few pills. She even filled it within a few minutes. She went above and beyond and was a bit of sunshine in my day. Thank you!

Gabby helped me with my Mom's long list of medications. She told me about the Rx Savings Finder which saved Mom around $350 PER MONTH. She was so kind and patient. Thanks for providing great customer service! I really appreciated it!!

Terrible service waited in line for 20 minutes+ just for the worker to be rude when we finally got to the window. Will not be back!

Old and outdated, always messy, poor staff looks overworked and underpaid, and pharmacy……? Yea don’t bother. Grab a bite to eat and book to read and have plenty of gas to sit and wait.How many more 1 star reviews does it take and years of a horrible reputation does it take to either change or just replace the Walgreens with something better that works ?

The pharmacy people here are not very nice at all and they don’t care about your needs or your health.And after logging a complaint to the corporate office I got a call from the manager who was rude and after a couple of minutes he hung up on me .So do yourself a favor and go to another pharmacy.

Was wondering why this walgreens only had two stars. After my first and last experience, I now know why. Rude staff, very long wait times, basically no help. The rudest staff I've ever talked to in any place.

What a joke physician called in medicine at 10 am got there 6pm said oh that prescription is being filled off site do you really need it tonight duh dr wouldn't called it in if i didnt rhey said ok let us fill it real quick kinda confusing 3 min later it was ready

I use the app and grab my stuff from the drive thru. I just roll up grab my scripts and go on about my day. They are always polite and professional.I've transferred prescriptions over the phone with them several times with no issues.

This 1 star is really generous!!!!! I called to refill a medicine that I have been taking for years, that my Dr always puts 2 refills on, only to be told I had no refills when my prescription bottle says that I do. This is 3rd time that it has happened without any explanation of where it went or what happened. I transferred all my other meds but this one to a different pharmacy because of insurance purposes. TOTALLY USELESS

I have tried to be understanding and give this place a little grace. I, myself, am a Nurse so I get how overworked, understaffed and tired the entire healthcare field is.... Now, with that said, it is completely unacceptable to constantly pickup the phone and slam it down, over and over, leaving someone on hold without saying a word. I've spent upwards of an hour trying to speak with the pharmacy only to be hung up on after waiting for 57min. This is a common occurrence and I have this happen 90% of the time I call. It doesn't matter what time you call it is always like this. I try to utilize the app but unfortunately it never wants to fill my child's prescription. I'm forced to call and pray that I can speak to a human to get it filled... it's the same if you go to the store. Reguardless of waiting in the drive through or going inside- plan on spending at least an hour+++ there.

DO NOT recommend this place or even this damn star. I stood in line for 5 minutes watching the Pharamacy cashier input some paper and she looked up several times not a single damn word acknowledging that I was there even the pharmacist didn’t say anything. The pharmacist even mentioned she was ready to go. They will just ignore you.I went in there looking for something my 2 year old daughter that has possibly strep on top of that she has HFM virus for relief for her throat that hasn’t eaten or wanted to drink anything for 2 days.

By the far the worse pharmacy ever in the world was in line for an hour before the pharmacy closed and the line did not move. Finally when I get to the window they have a sign that says the pharmacist is gone but that is not visible until the window. Went in to talk to the manager who is completely incompetent to be leading a store and got no answers as to why even though we were in line an hour before closing that the line didn’t move. Another older employee started making side comments about a situation she was not involved in. The best thing that can happen is this store be closed down. I’m calling corporate on Monday because the wait is an every time experience. It would be quicker for me to go to school become a pharmacist and get my own medicine filled than going to this Walgreens!

This pharmacy is a joke. I spent over an hour and a half on the phone today trying to get through to someone. Literally called 4 separate times to be met with "pharmacy please hold." Was put on hold; then would it would finally ring I would get hung up on. Yet, if you go into the store it's no better. You literally stand in line for hours; all while watching the pharmacy staff stand behind the counter to joke and cut up. It's truly like not a single one of them has a clue what's going on. This place should definitely be shut down.
