“I have been a UTFCU member for over 15 years. I called their customer service number and spoke with ERICA. She wanted 6 pieces of information to verify it was actually "me". She was NOT PROFESSIONAL and was extremely CONDESCENDING & RUDE!!!!! She has NO business being in "customer service". Customer service is an OXYMORON to her!! She is COMPLETELY WORTHLESS!!!Debbie Jones, UTFCU CEO called me to discuss my experience. We discussed the reasons for my concerns and Debbie explained the reasoning for the verification needs with some current fraud trends. I appreciated Debbie's call and we were able to "work things out". Thank you Debbie.”
