“I went online and reserved a car with ease. They would up not having that car, so they upgraded me for $10 a day. The man who helped me was very quick, explained everything thoroughly, and he was friendly, as well as the woman who checked the car back in. The price is high and there is the issue with online availability matching true availability, but that is not the fault of these employees so for them, 5 stars. First time renting a car, and if I need to do it again I won't bother looking elsewhere”

There was a used vehicle I wanted after driving two hours to test drive and he was kind enough to hold on to it for me until I could come back and complete the deal when I’m sure someone else could have bought it faster.
