Hibbett Sports located at 137 Commons Dr in the University Commons shopping plaza off Skyhawk Pkwy (Route 43) near the University of Tennessee Martin is the top destination for athletic shoes, cleats, and sports equipment in the area. The store carries the latest releases from top brands like Nike, Jordan, adidas, Under Armour, New Balance, Mizuno, and Hoka. While the store generally provides good customer service and maintains a neat, well-stocked environment with reasonable prices, one customer experienced poor service during a recent visit. The associate seemed disinterested and untrained, failing to properly assist the customer or complete the transaction efficiently. Another customer has had ongoing issues with the store's rewards program, where their rewards were not consistently applied to their account despite being a frequent and valuable shopper. However, the Martin store is praised by other customers for its excellent customer service and is considered the best location in the chain. Overall, Hibbett Sports in Martin, TN offers a comprehensive selection of athletic gear and apparel, but the customer experience can vary, with room for improvement in terms of staff training and the reliability of the rewards program.
