Ruler Foods is a discount grocery store with very reasonable and great prices, operating with everyday low prices to beat many major chains. It carries basic grocery items and a high concentration of Kroger brand products. The store is kind of small with not a huge selection and can be a bit messy. Customers bag their own groceries, bring their own bags, and rent shopping carts for a quarter, which is returned upon replacement. Service is generally excellent with friendly employees, though often only one cash register is open. The store is recommended for those seeking the cheapest place for groceries, despite some inconveniences.
The store is big and always clean. One employee in particular is amazing. She goes above and beyond to help. Prices are usually fair and competitive. It's our go to store.
