I live in a different country that Martin is in and had to work in another town so I had to cancel my appointment where I had scheduled this day so I stopped in Pro Nails to get tips and dip. I thought all was really good with my tip and dipped nails until 3 1/2 weeks go by and they have grown out and time to get done again in my town. After 2 soaks and 2 drillings the tech FINALLY got the crap off!! I have NEVER seen any dipped nails turn to something similiar to concrete in my many many years of having dipped nails. I called Pro Nails to ask if they use MMA in their product and this could be why this stuff would not come off like dip normally does. My own nails now are so thin it is painful. I see now why when I went in to Pro Nails they use bowls of acetone to soak your whole ends of fingers in for a long time. On a positive note the employees were all very nice and polite.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I went to pro nails on the day before Valentine’s Day and got a fill. Everything was great my nails looked great. I went home and an hour later I had no polish on my nails. I got gel polish and an hour later it all pealed right off. I was naturally upset so I messaged them on Facebook and explained the issue at hand. They responded and told me to come in the next day to fix it and would not let me come back the same day even though they were still open. I posted it on Facebook and then they attacked me through messenger and basically said I lied and that they didn’t refuse service and that they didn’t see my message until 10 pm witch was a lie because they immediately messaged me back when I messaged them. They also said I was trying to ruin their business because I was telling people what happened. They were very unprofessional and I will never be back! There is a group on Facebook where people have shared there bad experiences there and it’s absolutely outrageous that they are even still open. If you want to have healthy nails do not go to this so called nail salon.

Recommend them for manicures, pedicures. They do a great job! Lots of colors to choose from, nice hand a foot massage during the treatments. Only take cash but have ATM right there. Gel manicure lasts about 3 weeks on me.Services: Foot massages

They do an absolutely wonderful job on a pedicure. Very quick and a great job. Only downside is they only take cash and did not say that when I made the appointment.

This was my first visit to Pro Nails.I had an appointment and they took me back promptly. The lady showed me the different pedicures so I chose the basic one. The first bad thing that happened was she cut me.I flinched with pain and looked down immediately to see it was bleeding. She never said a word...nothing...no I'm sorry or anything. She got up and came back with some kind of liquid that she put on it and some gauze until it quit bleeding. Three other employees came over and looked at my toe, they were all talking in their language, which I couldn't understand of course. However there was a lot of conversation. She continued with my manicure, never talking to me..I asked the lady beside me if she knew how to turn my massage on, the one doing my pedicure did not offer and I noticed other peoples chairs were massaging. When she was finished and I went up front to pay it was $25 higher than I was told. However after me asking him why, etc. , he lowered the cost and said I was given a gel manicure and she should have asked me if I wanted gel. Fast forward one day later 2 of my toes had no polish! I went back and they fixed it He was very nice about it but I could not believe it only lasted one day. Then 4 days later, the same thing except this time it was 3 toenails with no polish on the opposite foot. I did not go back and don't intend too. Oh and the cut in my toe is still healing.
