My wife and I recently opened up a checking account and a CD with Regions Bank in Martin, TN. I was particularly impressed by the personable and efficient manner in which Harold Webb, Branch Manager, handled our transactions. I have been a customer of a competing local bank for many years but will probably transition to Regions Bank for the major portion of my future banking decisions.

When people ask me to go online and rate something, I usually don't rate unless I feel as if I was treated as a first priority. With that being said, I set up a student account this past week and was very impressed with the customer service I recieved from Ozzie McBroom. I highly reccomend this Regions Bank to anyone who needs helpful advice with their finances, especially those who may not know much about how those sorts of things work (like myself). Very friendly people work here! Can't complain about anything! :)

Don't bank here. Every time I leave town they block access to my account, in case the card has been stolen. Then, when you call them, the automated system doesn't even give you the option to talk to a person, and when you finally yell and randomly click your way to a person you're on hold for 20 minutes. All to access your own money. This is ridiculous. I'm taking my money elsewhere.
