4 Chics and a Cat is a non-profit resale shop. It resells all donations to benefit local animal rescue and welfare groups, including Blount County Animal Welfare Society, Feral Feline Friends, the Humane Society of East TN, People Promoting Animal Welfare, and the Smoky Mountain Animal Care Foundation. It is a favorite thrift store for many, known for having cute things and good items for cheap. The friendly staff does wonderful things for cats and guinea pigs. The shop has moved locations. The previous location had charm and kitties, which were missed after the move. The new location has faced challenges with a lack of signage and parking. Some feel the inside has lost its charm and that the offered stuff is not as nice as before, though they have received nice donations. The staff are nice ladies, though one experience noted an unfriendly young girl. Some feel they mark up certain brand name items, which seems greedy for a shop that receives free donations. Supporters wish them luck in their reopening and hope for positive changes.

My favorite thrift store! Miss the kitties since you guys moved. Please support this business as they do wonderful things for the cats and guinea pigs. Friendly staff always and such cute things.
