We ordered a truck because we had a low tire. We had to go to the doctor early the next morning. So we called at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. At 3:30 a.m. we received a text saying they were sorry that they weren't able to get to them. This is unacceptable for them. They are in their 80's and we got this for them for that reason. I do believe that they deserve another year of this service for free since they have not used this service at all.

waited 4.5 hours to get towed talked to Vincent at Maryville AAA office no help told me to call a tow truck and I could get my money back in 3to4 weeks what is the point in AAA been a customer for 20 years what a scam!

They were very friendly and helpful. Went there to get roadside assistance and ended up adding truck insurance and home owners insurance. Best prices in town !

AAA is the smartest thing I have done. 41 years I have been with AAA. So many times thay have helped me. Everyone should have AAA. You never know when something will happen and you will need them. It's very affordable and just one payment. Thank you AAA ?

This location put me on hold for 40 minutes then promptly hung up when the phone actually started ringing. I tried close to closing yesterday so I assumed it was my fault. Apparently they just don't answer the phones here.
