I’ve had my Shelby Mustang at 3 different shops with no success of fixing it. I finally brought it to Auto Physicians and they had it fixed in 3 hours. I highly recommend this shop in maryville.

My oil change was done quickly and at a cheaper price than allot of places with people I trust to work on my vehicle. Eric test drove it to determine what the problem with my lift kit was, which had not been put on here which was a mistake by me. Needs an alignment and he turned off lane assist until alignment is done. Left with an appointment for the alignment and with the assist off it drove at least 80% better

We had traveled to Knoxville from Virginia due to the death of my wife's brother in law . My wife has a physical condition which makes temperatures above the mid 70's a bad thing . The A/C in the car stopped cooling. We were traveling with our cat and didn't want to roll the windows down very far . Temperatures on our trip home were forecast around 80 degrees . We chose Auto Physicians, even though it was a 24 mile trip , because of the many good reviews they had received. They diagnosed a leaking A/C hose that would take overnight to order. It looked like we would be adding a rental car to our traveling and hotel expenses . Eric offered us the loan of their company van . That got us back to the hotel, dinner with some friends and back to Auto Physicians the next day to pick up our repaired vehicle. It was ready at the time Eric had estimated and the repair was $100 less than I expected . They are good people who really helped us out in a difficult situation ..

I took my F-150 here for the first time for spark plugs and oil change. Frank calls me asking about my power steering that went out in his parking lot. I did not react well to this as all appearances around this situation are not good. Frank offered to tow it somewhere else for them to do them work. After asking around, everyone I talked to spoke very highly of the people at Auto Physicians so I let them do the work.As I was hauling my camper to Myrtle Beach, the power steering went out again. I called Frank immediately. He immediately called the warranty company and started calling around Myrtle Beach to find me a shop close to the campground that had a good reputation. He then called me multiple times during the final leg of the tow to check on us; he called us the next day; he called the shop; and in the end, he also picked up the bill at the shop because it wasn’t a warranty issue.He definitely went above and beyond to make this right. I’m only looking for two things in a mechanic, knowledge and integrity. Frank and his people have plenty of both.Service: Steering & suspension repair
