Brooks, Aaron and the staff are wonderful to work with. I bought my husband a bed set 5 years ago, had a great experience then so I went back to get another one. I bought a mattress and an adjustable frame. This experience was just as I expected, great! They go the extra mile and continuously work with you throughout the whole process. It’s so nice to deal with a local store and not the chain stores where customer service is not a priority. Great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend them.

Purchased the King George Extra Firm Mattress by paramount and my back/neck and shoulder pain has been eliminated. Worked with Casey Messer and he was very patient and knowledgeable on the products he was selling. Appreciate the time that he spent with my wife and I.

Brooks and family have been wonderful to deal with. I waited quite a while before posting this review because I know a mattress purchase can be a very tough process. My husband and I purchased a new king size mattress early this year. After several months of trying to love it, we decided it was just too firm (even with a topper). Brooks was super professional and offered to send our mattress back to be adjusted by the manufacturer (at no cost to us other than the small delivery fee). We love the mattress now and will be back to buy another soon!

I had a great experience at Beds To Go, the local store in Maryville Tennessee.. The staff were very helpful and experienced. Our sleep quality is so much better now. Brooks was very knowledgeable. and a great help with our mattress selection. We also love the bed frame with Control lift. I got the bed set up and the old mattress was taken away. They delivered the new bed and the frame and set it up for me and remove the old mattress. I wish I would have done this a long time ago. They had the best price in the area. I would highly recommend this local store.

Several months ago, we bought a king size mattress and adjustable base from here. These folks were great and we’ve been very happy with our purchase, as well as the informative, friendly, and professional service provided to us. Today, we went back to this same business to buy a mattress and base for our guest bedroom because they’ve EARNED our business. I am happy to support this local company, selling mattresses made right here in Tennessee! Our king bed has been great, and I’m sure this queen will not disappoint our guests, either. Give these folks a shot!

We love Beds to Go, we have been shopping with them for 21 years. Always the best quality for the price and locally owned locally made beds too. Always nice and deliver is fast and efficient. Great communication will never go anywhere else as long as they are open ☺️

The employees here are incredibly kind, helpful, and genuine! They care about their customers and will make sure you are satisfied and happy. They sell quality mattresses and stand by their products. When you go in, ask for Brooks! He will help you every step of the way. Incredibly grateful for everything they have done for me, and I would not buy from anywhere else.

Delicious! Lillian was our server and she was great. Saw my gift bag on the table and asked if there was a birthday celebration. After lunch she brought out a birthday dish with cream Brule cheesecake with strawberries and blueberries. Made my day!

When we stopped by their store’ Jordan was there by himself. Another couple was there and he did a good job catering to us both. We told Jordan we were on a budget. He sold us a New mattress and an adjustable frame for a good price. He saved us money by selling us a floor model which we didn’t care. I would definitely buy another Matress from BedsToGo and recommend anyone looking to buy a new bed to check this store out first. Great prices and great service. Thank You JordanClinton and Jennifer
