We recently switched to Blossman Gas from AmeriGas. We are really happy we made the change. From the front office with Tayln to the safety check with Kyle, we've had prompt and excellent customer service. It's nice to talk to a local team instead of a 1(800) call number. We would recommend them to anyone.

Talyn was extremely nice and helpful, helped us get two standard size propane tanks refilled during the snow/ice storm a couple weeks ago, highly recommend this business for your propane needs!

We have had propane and natural gas all of our married life. On rare occasions we have needed help with a problem. On very cold, snowy, icy-road day we suddenly had no propane to our water heater, stove top, heat or fireplace. Our home was rapidly cooling. We did not have a lot of hope that we could get repair service out here on that day and thought that we would just have to hunker down and make do until they could get to us. We were aware that there had to be a lot of call to Blossman on this single digit day. We called around 10 am. They were here at the house by mid-afternoon. Personable, cheerful and found the problem quite quickly. Thank you, Blossman Propane!!

I post few reviews. Complaints make enemies and it is rare that a company truly excels. Recently we had propane connected to our new house by Blossman Gas. The tech, Justin, was working in the rain, his truck sank in the mud... No matter, he worked out solutions, stayed very, very late and delivered the beautiful blue flame to our new home.Building has been a 2 year test of obstacles and endurance. Gas connection was indeed one of the few bright spots where the vendor exceeded expectations.

While building a new home in the Townsend area in late 2020, we were introduced to Blossman Gas through an existing neighbor and friend. Fast forward 3 years later, we couldn't be happier with the Blossman Team, responsiveness, professionalism and just great service and attention to detail. Jessica Barber is by far, one of the nicest and most attentive service people we've ever worked with at a utility company/service provider. Jessica is the best and makes it happen. Blossman Gas is fortunate to have someone who puts the customer first.

I have been working with Blossman gas for a few years. I have had nothing but great experiences with everyone I have worked with. Jessica Barber has been my point of contact in the office and she always works to make sure our needs our met. She will do anything she can to help and she always has a great attitude. Purchased a home that unfortunately had a previous engagement with this business. I was unaware of a lease on the tank itself and they sent a driver up to tell me I needed to call the office. Called the office and was told about their lease fees, which are less than competitive, left the phone call giving my phone number and indicating I was going to take some time to think about it. This morning they sent up a driver to lock out my tank and never communicated a date to have my decision made by. Highly unprofessional and arguably an illegal trespass on my property. A simple phone call or letter would have sufficed.

If you’re looking for an unorganized company then you have found the right place! The customer service is also very unfriendly and unhelpful! Make sure to ask plenty of questions because they won’t offer the information that you need!

My family has had a great experience with Blossman Gas since moving to the area. Dennis, the manager, actually came out to give us a quote on work we needed done and was very polite and helpful. Our work was done in 2 parts - and both service workers (one of which was actually Dennis) were really professional and did a great job.And the front office team is great as well. Jessica has been so helpful throughout the process and made sure we got everything straightened with our billing, account, etc.All around great team and local business.

Had an issue with our propane fireplace not starting. The tank was installed. Y a competitor three months ago, and I couldn’t get any response from them to service it. Posted on my local subdivision FB page and heard that Dennis lived nearby. He came over within two days, found the problem to be simple and essentially related to cleaning and didn’t charge me a thing. I will be checking out Blossman for our future gas and appliance needs.

UpdateBlossman got new management and came out and fixed my fireplace install that wasn’t done properly to begin with. I’ve been using the app and haven’t had anymore delivery problems.I'm disappointed in this company. I switched over to use the app instead of calling and talking to a person. I've always spoke to Beverly at the Knoxville office and she was wonderful. I ordered gas on the new app and it confirmed delivery. I know Friday is when they come to my subdivision. I waited a week they never came. I checked the app and it still showed delivery pending. I waited another week and still no delivery. I called and got someone named Jennifer in the Maryville TN office I believe that was her name and she was terrible she had no customer service skills at at all. I guess because I have a bill from the month before they canceled the delivery but no one called me or the app never stated the delivery was canceled. If a delivery shows pending and its canceled someone needs to pick up the phone and contact the customer. I paid today and got the confirmation. I asked since the delivery truck was already in the neighborhood and since I was out of gas for heat if they could go ahead and fill the tank up and was told for an extra $125 they could do that today. I asked for someone to call me back today and the day is over and no one has contacted me back and its 5pm. It just goes to show the level of customer service they provide.

They advertise on their website about peace of mind to stay out of the cold yet to have propane turned on for a customer of 6 years it’s over 30 days before they can accate turning your fireplace and water heater on. Inexcusable!!!
