My service was discontinued My phone supposedly was reported lost or stolen and locked down by the mother company T-Mobile I was paid a month in advance I'm very upset about it I'll never do business with these people again

This is the location to visit versus the Midland plaza location. Employees are great and helpful. I was refused a simple sim card at Midland plaza without paying the $30+ activation setup and came here and had no hassle. I got one for $10 for my unlocked phone. Highly recommend.

I almost switched to a different phone company on the sole fact that my family plan was disconnected. I came in to pay my bill and the guy told me it was $36 dollars. I ask if that was correct because I have a family plan. He said yes. Mr plan was disconnected the next day. I called customer service and they said they could not help. The only thing that kept me as a customer was Amber. The badge said Nichole but she said she goes by Nichole. I hope I spelled her name correctly. But she got my plan back up. And opolgized for had happened. That woman needs to be recognized for excellent service and being a awesome employee. I will say that the gentleman was not helpful or useful. It seems that he doesn't understand what he is doing. The location in Maryville east broadway. I will no longer ask the gentleman to help me at all. I will only let Amber assist me in the future.

I used to be a loyal boost customer but as the years have past ,they are not so good anymore.They turned my phone off without any notice one morning and couldn't get it back on! It wasn't due to be paid and was also on the Ebb program !! It was rediculous! So I switched services.I still don't understand why they turned it off..but I won't have that problem anymore..so long Boost..you lost a loyal customer for many ,many years..

Kept getting notices to upgrade my sim card. Store employee said it was not compatible with my phone. Sounds like someone trying to sell new phones

Josh deserves a raise. He goes above and beyond customer service. We where having trouble importing our numbers from another carrier...he had 2 different "customer service" agents on different phone lines. All while waiting on other customers. Highly recommend him for all your phone needs.
