These folks saved me over $800 on the quote I received at Ag Pro Farragut for repairing the flooding carburetor and performing a standard service (oil change, filter and plug replacements, and hydraulic filter and fluid replacement) on my ExMarkTurf Tracer S Series walk behind mower. They were professional and prompt. I will gladly drive the extra 15 miles to do my future business with Broadway!

Best and easiest experience EVER! These guys took great care of me and my mower. I’ve never had anyone come pick up the mower, so I was a bit nervous, but am I glad I chose Broadway. Super friendly, especially Caleb, and Mr. Watson. Quick, efficient, and accommodating. Fixed the problem and more at a GREAT price. Use Broadway. Trust Broadway! You won’t be disappointed!

This place is awesome! Caleb was notified of an issue I had involving Mayo and my Scag. Brought my mower in and they ensured all was well. I will be going here from now on to take care of my lawn care equipment needs!

Work on my mower was fine. Serious lack of customer respect at the service and sales desk though. Came in the morning to ask about mower being ready and the manager in a snarky tone, “Well, I tried calling you yesterday and left a message.” Ok not a problem how much I owe. Paid the bill and noticed later the charge to my card was $12 more than the invoice. When I came back to get my mower I inquired about it and the same guy pointed to a little sign written in Spanish that would be 3% handling fee on any card transactions. Ok. That is fine too just maybe put it on the invoice about it would keep people from coming in and asking about it. Got the impression though this is a common occurrence and he just enjoys being rude and snarky. That’s cool too. Going to take my business elsewhere in the future and maybe you should too.

Been going to Broadway for parts and service since I started mowing for myself 4 years ago. I sent everyone I know that needed parts or repairs their way until today. I called about a part for my mower and they proceeded to tell me the part was a little over over $500 I said ok can I get the part number so I can see if I can find it online a little cheaper. He acted like he was busy at that second so he said hold so I held for about 5 mins which is perfectly ok. He gave me the part number,I read it back to him to be sure I got it noted down right he said yup that’s it.so I started searching the part number online to try to find it cheaper as I needed. I couldnt find the part so I called another local store and asked them if they could find the part # I needed he gave me the number and I compared it to the number Broadway gave me and the feller on the phone gave me the part number but it was scrambled up compared to the “correct” part number the other store gave me. It was the same numbers but in different pattern. He did this because I was trying to find a cheaper part so I could afford it? Come on now I’ve been going there religiously for 4 years and your gonna do me that way because I was trying to save some money? That’s pretty low if you ask me, I’ve always been told never kick a man when he’s down. But to each their own I guess

My mower is 22yrs old and for the last yr or 2 been running rough so after about 10 utube videos I figured out that I had been running on one spark plug,out of 2.one coil was bad, so I called someplace thinking it WAS B O P, WELL THEY SAID THEY HAD ONE, I SAID I'D TAKE IT.AROUND 70 BUCKS, SO I HEADED OUT THER BUT WHEN I GOT THERE I FOUND OUT I HAD CALLED A DIFFERENT STORE, THES GUYS HAD 2 FOR 8O.I PUT THEM BOTH ON ,,IT RUNS LIKE NEW SO AM A HAPPY CAMPER.

Terrible service. Even tho you have a band new scag with .6 hours and there a scag dealer they won't do warranty work on my mower cause I didn't purchase it from them. Was told it would be a week to look at my spindle. But if i would have bought it from them id be back on my yards today. Terrible service and additudes. It's sad they treat people the way they do. I went to commercial cutting equipment just a few miles up the road and the whole mechanic team came to check out my mower and had me going in less than 10 minutes!!! And there not even a scag dealer

Been a customer of BOPE for eons--they are the best. So happy with my Scag mower, Stihl chainsaw and trimmer. They answer all my questions, and always help me select the best equipment for what I need and can handle. Can't be beat for service. Amazingly quick and thorough.

I’ve had my zero turn mower fully serviced here for 3 years in a row now. Excellent service, fast turn around time. Not sure why everyone is complaining about the cost… i think it’s worth it to pay more for quality service. I’ll be back in the years to come.Thanks guys!
