Great Experience! Vacationed from Atlanta to visit Pigeon Forge! This was my very first time traveling while on Dialysis. Very apprehensive and nervous on what kind of care i would receive, especially with so many "cultural issues" on the news these days! But whatever fears i had, they were quickly put aside. The staff was welcoming and inviting. Every staff member, minus one, said a greeting to me when they passed by my chair. The fellow patients were just as welcoming! The equipment in this location is none i have seen in other locations! The machines appeared updated. The scale actually prints out a receipt when you weigh. The machine at your chair can actually time you and give you an alarm when your holding your puncture wounds at the end. The individual TV was a flatscreen that was mounted onto a wall. Just an impressive clinic all around! If you are visiting the Smokies, i highly recommend this facility for your care! It is about a 30/40 minute drive, but it is worth it! We actually took the backroads and loved the scenic drive. Maryville is a very beautiful area with each house that you pass, having their own unique decorating.Thank you to Ms. Robbie, Ms. Lauren, Ms. Morgan and Ms. Rhoda (the funniest one and the fastest ? walking Davita employee that i have encountered...it seems like she is running to your machine when it beeps...the bells are loud on their machines...so i appreciated her hasteness to shut them off quickly....lol) Thank you for your care!

I began dialysis in April of this year. I was scared about how the process works but let me tell you that DaVita is where you want to be if you are facing dialysis. The nurses, technicians, and other staff ALWAYS have time for you no matter what. They truly treat you like family and make you as comfortable as possible. I LOVE my DaVita family.
