The drive thru is literally supposed to be a convenience for customers. Saturdays I go to deposit money into my account and I get $20 worth of quarters for laundry. I am told that I need to come in to get my quarters! I can not be the only person that does this. Why do they open the other two drive thru bays when they could open right at the window and keep things convenient? I'm sure there are supervisors that work weekends do none have common sense enough to open up the window teller? I have edema in my legs and feet and that keeps me from walking into the bank. It just so happened that this week I had surgery and the black girl working the window made it a point to tell me that if she is working the drive thru she will not send my quarters out like the other ladies and that I would have to come inside.I was lucky my daughter was with me today so it was finethis time but what about the next? What about their customers that dont have anybody? First horizon and especially this lady needs to show more sympathy to the customers. If you don't like your job quit but treat customers better then what you do and it's only you everybody else tries their best to make it convenient.

I have been going around and around trying to get my maiden name printed on my debit cards after my divorce. Just when we think this has been straightened out I get fraud on my account and they let it go through. So as soon as my paycheck hits on a holiday weekend they allow it to be taken, didn't even attempt to stop it or contact me. As soon as I saw it I called them and let them know that this wasn't me and to stop the charge from going through. The employee I spoke with was rude but I've come to expect this from them with the customer service I've been receiving lately. Saturday I go to the bank because my money isn't back in my account and I'm in the negative at this point, I ask for a new debit card and the printed one still has my married name on it, What?! So not only am I still dealing with this but now I'm broke and they tell me I "might" get it back....I'm sorry but no I need my money just like everyone else right now! My bills and mortgage WON'T WAIT come on First Horizon, you take my money immediately when it's deposited and always get your fees/charges IMMEDIATELY. Not only was the manager rude that I spoke with but she belittled me by offering me "under $100" to "front" me, I'm DONE DONE DONE with you!!! I'm going tell everyone I see that this bank has gone to CRAP with every service I've come to expect from you. I understand these things take time but of course you allowed some scammer/hacker to take my money because you still can't get my last name right ?♀️?♀️ LESSON LEARNED FIRST HORIZON! THANK YOU BUT I EXPECTED BETTER FROM THISE HANDLING MY MONEY FOR THE LAST 15 YEARS.

Employees helped me with an issue with the ATM as soon as I was able to contact them. Though the ATM locking my card was annoying, they do not service their own ATMs, so my original complaint perhaps goes to the ATM company. Employees were kind and helpful.

The branch on 411 has the worlds slowest drive through. Just sat in line 10 minutes to make a deposit. They evidently need to hire some more people.

Would not cash my wife’s check even tho she is on my account with her own debit card I would recommend the 321 branch they are a lot more educated on how to operate a bank and deal with customers.

Hy husband went to cash his paycheck and they started telling him that we dont keep enough in the account. (We dont have a minimum we have to keep) and told him that if they cashed it we needed to deposit it. will def be closing this account soon and this is not the first problem we have had with them but it was the final straw. Staff always rude to us and i constantly get return check fees and i dont even have checks so i dont know how that works and the online banking is basically useless. Looking for a bank dont go here.
