“Update: The owner of this store, Joy, truly is a joy! Once again her and her staff went above and beyond the call of duty for a slight mix up with a product I bought. They were so gracious and it really made my day. This store is so beautifully decorated and is my go to for Jellycats among many other treasures. They have an extensive collection of E Newton and other beautiful jewelry pieces. I love supporting local businesses like this one and it is totally worth the drive from Farragut. Thank you Joy and to all your wonderful staff! This is honestly the best gift shop/boutique I have found in the Knoxville area!
