Since losing the best employees they have ever had, this stores location sucks the employee's don't know anything about customers service. They are rude and don't know how to do their job. We've been considering switching phone companies. Not a satisfied (long term) customer.

The so called manager pretending that I had to buy the case and screen protector because it came with the phone but doing an entirely different transaction has me feeling ripped off and conned and on top of that he forgot my Sim card so I had to pay for another Uber ride after I had just left the store to go back and get my phone to work. Unacceptable for any business and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Melissa has no customer service at all. She was rude, hateful, didn’t even try to help with the issues of my phone not working properly. She said it was my phone and I needed a new one. Her hair is repulsing and she smelled like she was up all night drinking and smoking weed. Should really look at who you have working in a place like that

Melissa at maryville Tennessee is rude, treats everyone as if they are dumb. Smells like she just smoked marijuana on the job. Horrible customer service sitting behind the desk.

Not my best experience with a mobile provider. I wanted to switch carriers and get their BYOD for $25 per month. Took three reps to finally get me switched, charged me $60+ to do it and couldn't provide me with a receipt. I could not make calls the following day and returned. I also found they had added a device protection plan to my monthly charges without telling me! I had that removed when phone connection problems were fixed. Cell service is fine, but store experience was not!

I would really like to thank Easter!! I purchased a new, unlocked phone from retail store a few weeks ago. The phone was activated and Sim card replace by my local metro store in Florida. The phone never really worked right. I went back to store and they said call Metro. I called 2 separate times and spent 45 minutes on different phone. Driving to Tennessee was the final straw and phone would not work without wifi. I found the Broadway store and went in. It took Easter about 2 minutes to know something was not right. She took her time with me and diagnosed a Sim card issue. She did all the necessary stuff and BINGO!!! It hasn't worked like this since I bought it!! I am so happy with her straightening this HEADACHE out for me. I can't thank her enough!!Give her a raise!!Thanks again Brian

Love love this place.. Easter is one of the most talented multitasker I've ever seen.. Won't go to another Metro ever!!! She fixed my mom's phn and done an up grade on mine and I love it... pixel-6...Rocks

Came in today for the free iPhone 11 when you switch deal and was shocked how easy Jada and Easter made this happen. I was a metro customer in the past and this is by far the best experience I have had up to date. If you are thinking of joining or switching to metro go see them in Maryville TN.

Honestly this metro has been going down for years. Every time I go to this location it's something. The employees always seem to be frustrated or overwhelmed and always manage to start our interactions with an attitude. I've walked up to the building being opened late, and locked early. The icing on the cake is I went in last week for a phone, that they didn't have in stock, and settled for a screen protector. It's not the right fit for my phone and am left with little ability to hear a phone call. I was going in to get it situated and was met with both employees just hanging out giving us the "cut throat" motion signaling the doors are locked (it was only 7:22pm, hours state they close at 8pm) This location is a joke and as a customer of metro for over a decade, I'm honestly appalled at the lack of customer care that this location continues to give. An absolute travesty that it's the only metro in Maryville. Il be taking the long drive to Knox from now on.
