Waited 42 minutes to speak with customer service. Totally unprepared for their data migration and not at all helpful in my situation of needing an account available. Should NOT take 4 days.

I understand the EV chargers being only for the bank during business hours but they are being petty turning them off at night. Spent thousands of dollars to install them just for them to be used 8 hours a day max by employees. There are hardly any charging options here in TN compared to GA and when I come to visit my friend I have to travel 30 min just for a fast charger. The bank should at least let you charge after business hours so you can at least get around town some. Another example of a business being "pro green energy" and then not putting their money where their mouth is. Thanks for screwing over EV owners, don't expect them to happily give you their business.

Frustrating and Useless. First off, everyone inside the branch is as friendly and nice as can be. I wanted to use a local bank. I wanted a simple fee free checking account for property tax, home insurance etc. They seemed to have what I needed. I'm on the road a lot and need online banking. seems simple enough. Immediately after opening the account, I set up my online profile and the app. It didn't work, wouldn't recognize my email. Said it was invalid. I've used the same email for over a decade. I phoned customer service and they fixed the problem. Next time I tried to go online, same problem. Called and fixed the same problem again. Several weeks later I tried to deposit a check with the app while out of town and again my email was invalid and I couldn't complete the transaction. A couple weeks later I tried again but noticed my account was down $10. I phoned to ask why there was a fee and a snarky guy told me that there were a number of reasons for a fee. I said I was only interested in the exact reason I had a fee. It was for inactivity. They waved the fee. Again I tried to make a deposit with the app and again my email was invalid. I phoned customer support and was told that the interned guy wouldn't be in until Monday but she would make a note, ask him and get back to me. She never got back to me. No one got back to me. I tried calling again but customer support isn't 24/7 and I'm out of town working long hours. A few weeks have gone by and no phone call, no issues resolved and I still can't deposit money into my account but they have taken another $10 out. I'm done. I've written a check to Ally and emptied the account and it can close and I'll take my business elsewhere. shame. I hope they see this.

The facility is very nice, and the staff are friendly. My experience is with mortgage department, who worked very hard to make sure everything went smoothly with our purchase even on a difficult finance.

This place gave me a loan on the condo I wanted to buy when nobody else would. The mortgage banker I dealt with was extremely helpful and explained everything very well. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and to help with every question I had, not only about my mortgage but about the entire process of buying my home. I am extremely happy with my experience here.
